    Target value design, GMP development, subcontractor pre-qualification, and a transparent open-book estimate.

  5. 05.Construction

    Month 6+

    Disciplined execution with weekly owner reporting, integrated trade partner coordination, and daily safety planning.

  6. 06.Quality Assurance

    Throughout

    Independent QA/QC inspections at every milestone, with mockups for high-risk assemblies.

  7. 07.Handover

    Final 60 days

    Commissioning, training, warranty documentation, and a 12-month post-occupancy walkthrough.
